Portland Timbers at a glance
The need to add points is a must for the Portland Timbers.
So far, I like and stand behind the boldness that manager Giovanni Savarese gambles in every game with his starting lineups, and in the game against Montreal why not the risk.
His determination to send an initial eleven composed of his young guns was amazing.
However, this squad is in need to start making its moves in the overall table with wins at home and on the road, if they are to make it into the postseason.
Still the need to take advantage of playing at home is a must in order to net important results and much needed points, as they state of the competition being good, the Timbers need to be better!
To conclude forget Wednesday, and now focus in the remainder of the season with a club that for sure will make it above the red line and can rock the whole of MLS, but its not as easy as it looks.

FC Dallas at a glance
For first year manager Luchi Gonzalez he and his FCD are to face off a different Portland Timbers team these face off back in April whom they defeated by one goal.
That was then and now the Hoops are to face off a different Portland Timbers.
The Dallas side after their last match meltdown in the end with a draw against the Vancouver Whitecaps, in the end for manager Gonzalez and his Burn this tie was felt like a defeat.
Still this squad is not an easy rival to take down but coming to play newly- improved Providence Park that in the past has been a place where the FCD has struggle in the past.
This match for sure manager Luchi Gonzalez will send his best starting eleven, as he looks ahead for the upset and score a valuable win on the road.
