FOXBOROUGH, MA– 2023 MLS SuperDraft pick Victor Souza has joined New England Revolution II.

Souza began his club career at NYCFC Academy as a center back and helped lead the team to a National Championship in 2019.
Coming off his club career at NYCFC, Souza played a stellar 4-year career as a Defender at Boston College in Newton, MA. In 2019, Souza was named to the All-ACC Freshman team. In 2021 & 2022, Souza was named to the All-ACC Third Team and was selected on the ACC preseason watch list. He finished his BC career with 48 games played, all of those matches being starts, and playing nearly 4,400 minutes.

On December 22, 2023, The New England Revolution picked Souza in the 2nd Round, #39 Overall. The player who remained un-signed throughout preseason joined the first team squad on their trip to Florida and played a total of 75 combined total minutes during the 5 preseason matches.
