It was a game of disappointment for the whole squad, especially Mattocks who failed to get a single shot on goal.

Ousted 7.5
Could of been way worse that what the final score actually was. The Earthquakes could of easily had two or three goals in the win. Was a ugly game and had a feeling it was going to be a ugly goal that would win it and it was. Made a few saves to make sure the SanJose forwards weren’t celebrating more then the one goal that got past him.
Beitashour 6.5
A few too many errant passes for my liking. It wasn’t a game to write home about for Beitashour. Will probably be disappointed for the outcome in front of over 100 of his closes family and friends.
Waston 7.0
Had some big clearances in the box to help keep the game atleast close. It looked late in the game that the three games in seven days may of been a bit taxing on the big man. Was unfortunate to get a yellow late in the game on a weak call by the referee.
Kah 5.5
Started the game with a silly play and it didn’t get much better after that. With the injury to Rodriguez the pace of this game was way too much for Kah. Is not the type of player that Robinson wants play so many minutes in the past week.
Harvey 6.5
Starting for the first time in over a month over Sam Adekugbe. Made a good play early in the game to make sure the Earthquakes where off side on a called back goal. For the remainder of the game he failed to get up the field and made any chances down the wing or crosses into the box.
Laba 8.0
One of the only bright spots during the game. Was a constant pain in the SJ players sides all game long. Dominated the first half with all his challenges and tackles and was a force to be reckon with.
Flores 6.5
Showed some speed to start the game and didn’t look completely out of place. Failed to jump into to the play at the right times. Partnering with Laba you have to pick and choose when you jump into the play. It’s something that Teibert has excelled at this season.
Mattocks 6.5
Didn’t really get anything going offensively. Had chances to pull the trigger but was always too far behind or got tripped up in his own feet. Showed hustle defensively and made some amazing back tracks. Could be the odd man out of the starting XI when Rosales is back vs RSL.
Morales 6.0
Got a red card that at best showed of been a talking too and a yellow card with a dust up with Jahn. He made a mistake by jawing at Jahn well he was on the ground, should of walked away and collected his emotions. Play wise it was a off night for Pedro, too many errant passes and he was always a step behind the SJ mid-fielders.
Manneh 6.0
Didn’t even notice Manneh on the pitch until he pick up his silly yellow card. Was Mr. Invisible all game long. With the new signing Cristian Techera waiting to play it should push Manneh enough to realize he can’t have games like this and expect to start the following game.
Rivero 6.0
Seems to me he is gaining a reputation for going down way too easily and expecting the referee to give him the call. Time and time again he went down and just looked at the referee looking for the penalty and free kick. Didn’t get any service during the game and wasn’t able to get a shot on net.
Teibert 7.0
Provided a bit of a spark on the pitch after coming in as a sub. Expect him to start next week next to Laba. The Whitecaps missed his spark the whole first half.
Hurtado 6.0
Wasn’t able to make a difference coming into the game. May be the odd man out of the game day 18 with Roslaes healthy and the new signing Techera.
Froese 7.0
Came into the game and was able to get involved and add a spark. It was something the team was lacking before he came in. Might be time to get him a start and a full 90min run in a USL game.
