How does Spurs 20 straight home wins over promoted teams, compare to Arsenal and Chelsea?

As Spurs prepare for Cardiff City at Wembley, their excellent record at home to promoted sides has been in the news.
After beating Fulham 3-1 earlier this year, they have won 20 straight home games against sides promoted from the Championship. They have not lost at home to a new Premier League side since April 9, 2012 when Norwich City beat them 2-1 at White Hart Lane, with goals from Anthony Pilkington and Elliott Bennett.
Since then, it has been all glory glory and a certain three points.
That is a remarkable record but promoted sides are there to be beaten, Right? We checked to see how far off that remarkable record London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea lie to get a comparison.
Elliott Bennett inflicts Spurs last home defeat by a promoted side
Chelsea won all three home games in that 2011/12 season dispatching Swansea, Norwich and QPR 4-1, 3-1 and 6-1. Since then they have dropped 11 points at home to promoted teams losing once; to Bournemouth in 2015/16 and drawing four.
Arsenal drew 3-3 with that very same Norwich side who beat Spurs and have only dropped points once since in a goalless draw with Middlesbrough in 2016/17.
Whereas Spurs had collected 60 points from 21 games in the last eight seasons, the Gunners actually have a near identical record of 59 points from 21 home games but unlike Spurs, remain unbeaten.
So yes, while Spurs do have a slightly better record since their own last loss, it is once more Arsenal who are the Invincibles and Chelsea who manage to frustrate their fans by being the best and the worst at the same time.
