Timbers lock up difference-maker in Fernandez

Brian Fernandez has officially joined the Portland Timbers.

That may be the case but where will the Argentine align in the initial eleven? For my observations in training camp today in the Adidas Training Center in Beaverton.

The man looks ready to play and be in his new squad eighteen.

This lad is ready to hit the field and start making a case of why his transfer was one of the most priciest in the Portland Timbers history.

He comes with an impressive CV and considered as one of the most important players in LIGA MX, for his contributions with his former team the Electricians Of Necaxa Aguascalientes.

A man that can be very valuable in the field and one of the most benefited can be for sure will  be Jeremy Ebobisee in need of a mentoring guide that for sure with Fernandez both can aim for more than fifteen goals this season.

If the Argentinian continues to display the game that helped his squad back in Mexico catapult to the Liguilla or postseason in the Mexican league, in addition of he being missed in Necaxa!

Still his arrival is seen as a providential boost in the Timbers once struggling offensive game.

In spite of the Rose City squad finally displaying the offensive touch that last season catapulted this team to the league finals, now with Brian Fernandez arrival will give that upgrade the offensive game is in much need.

The question is who will be the player that he will substitute in the starting eleven for the Portland Timbers, with the momentum the Andean comes  as well who will be the player going to the bench.

So far the Portland Timbers have a man that possesses a great skill in his attack as well possesses an ability to take off his mark and unlock opposing defenders with such mastery as well be a lethal weapon in scoring.

However the Andean in his time at LIGA MX scored a total of 18 goals in 32 matches, as well being a creative forward and winger this man will add the depth and enthusiasm the Rose City squad was in need.

With past buried and the man encounters in Liga MX, is arrival in Rose City will be another opportunity to shine and write a new chapter in his career in Major League Soccer with a number of achievements.

Bienvenido Brian Fernandez a la Ciudad de Las Rosas, Che!
