The Portland Timbers soon to have Brian Fernandez as its next DP

Per Esto.com.mx reports the negotiations between the Portland Timbers and Liga MX club Necaxa are somehow advanced to obtain the DP the Rose City squad is been looking for some time.

For forward/ winger Brian Fernandez a native from Argentina, many state that the Portland Timbers directives already in Aguascalientes, Mexico being in direct negotiations to obtain his services.

With an estimated offer of 12 million dollars offer, the Rose City squad is hoping to lure the Andean to MLS in spite of the multiple interests from various Liga MX clubs.

 According to Esto considered one of Mexico’s top rated and reputable of sports specialized tabloids.

The 24-year-old Argentinian comes with an extensive CV in his career that spans from his native Argentina in 2012- 2014 with Defensa y Justicia with 67 appearances and 10 goals. Moving on to Racing Club from 2015- 2018 with 15 appearances and 7 goals and moving to Sarmiento loan on 2017.

His career span to Metz on loan of the French league then Union La Calera of Chile and currently playing with Necaxa from 2018. Since his arrival at Necaxa the man has established himself as an indisputable starter and considered nowadays as one top rated players in Mexico’s league.

In the end if the deal goes through for the Portland Timbers got their man that will uplift their struggling attack.
