The Fury get their point against NYRB II

Ottawa Fury FC 0 – 0 New York Red Bulls II

Ottawa, ON – On Wednesday night, the Ottawa Fury FC received the New York Red Bulls II at home in TD Place with over 8,000 of future potential Canadian athletes for School Day Game.

Both teams battled it out to get points and in the end, each go their respective point.

The star of the match was Fury’s mastermind within the arc, Maxime Crépeau, who accomplished some impressive saves throughout the match.  His counterpart, Ryan Meara, also protected his turf and team with an impressive save at minute 62′ which was a great effort from Kevin Oliveira to try to get the advantage.

Ottawa made it a little harder on themselves at minute 66′ with a red card against Mannella after a scuffle, leaving them one man down.

In the end, both rivals were able to keep their arcs scoreless and kept the match tied.
