Revolution midfielder Carles Gil added to MLS All-Star Game Roster

FOXBOROUGH, MA– New England Revolution midfielder Carles Gil has been added to the MLS All-Star Game roster!

This match is presented by Allstate and will be held Wednesday, July 19 at 7:30 p.m. ET at Audi Field in Washington, D.C.

This is Carles Gil’s third career MLS ALL-STAR appearance.

Carles Gil obtained a late addition to the MLS All-Star Game roster via coach’s selection for his fantastic season that he has had so far in the 2023 campaign.

In regard to historic marks, Carles Gil is the seventh player in New England Revolution history to make the MLS All-Star Game 3+ times. He joins Shalrie Joseph (8), Taylor Twellman (5), Steve Ralston (4), Clint Dempsey (3), Matt Reis (3), and Michael Parkhurst (3).

The New England Revolution (10-77-3, 37 pts.) head out to Harrison, New Jersey to face MLS Eastern Conference side New York Red Bulls (5-7-8, 23 pts.) in an MLS Match on Saturday, July 8th. The match kicks off Red Bull Arena at 7:30 p.m. ET on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
