Steve Clark and Felipe Mora rose to the occasion in Sunday’s game against their I-5 foes the Seattle Sounders in the always contested and celebrated of MLS Derbies, the Cascadia Derby.
Both players are featured in the Week 22 MLS Team of the Week for their performances.
For Timbers veteran goalkeeper in last night’s game, he excelled defensively and overcame the pressure the Sounders strikers put against him in the final minutes of the game.
In the end, he finished with five saves and a clean sheet.
