Portland Timbers midfielder Evander on another MLS Team of the Matchday

Evander made his third Team of the Matchday for Week 9 becoming the leader in the field for the Rose City side, somehow i can see him in a number of selections with the best of the MLS elite.

Evander scored amazing goal that gave Portland the lead in the 33rd minute with what many called an acrobatic goal beating the likes of French International keeper Hugo Lloris to give his team a 2-1 lead.

Still, the Timbers were the victim of a number of bad calls from game referee Rubiel Vazquez making calls not fit for a man in his level, calling an offside and giving the Timbers keeper a red card after the LAFC player was offside.
