The Portland Timbers earned their first win of the season as well an important one with a 2-1 victory over the Seattle Sounders this past weekend. For midfielder Eryk Williamson by scoring his first goal in MLS and contributing with an assist on the game-winner. His performance garnered him a spot on the Week 10 MLS Team of the Week.
Week 10 consisted of the 12 matches played on Saturday, Sept. 5 and Sunday, Sept. 6.
