Starting XI:

David Ousted 7.5
Only had to make on save but it was one that saved them getting the draw. Has been the Whitecaps player of the season so far.

Jordan Smith 8.0
Best game he has played in the MLS by a country mile. Had a MLS high 11 tackles and was all over the pitch.

Andrew Jacobson 6.5
Had to fill in for Kendall Waston with him away with Costa Rica. Had an average game and didn’t have any bad moments. Might have to continue play CB in the Amway Canadian Championship.

Vancouver v Houston May 2016-2924

Tim Parker 6.5
Way better outing than the past few weeks for Parker. He stepped in nicely and had some great chances off of crosses a few times.

Jordan Harvey 7.0
Easily the Whitecaps defender of the season so far for this team. Game in and game out he is the most consistent and can be relied on by Carl Robinson.

Vancouver v Houston May 2016-2852

Russell Teibert 7.0
The energizer Teibert is back, he need quality minutes so he can continue improving this season. Got a silly yellow card but other than that he had a good game. Needs to find more offence in his game.

Matias Laba 6.5
Had a few silly fouls and looked a step slow on some of his tackles. Looks like he could use the rest with the MLS three week break coming up for this team.

Kekuta Manneh 7.0
Wasn’t able to continue his exceptional play from the past two games but still had a few good chances. Needs to keep this good run up and build on it.

Whitecaps-Dynamo-0989

Pedro Morales 6.5
A silly straight double red card in the 42nd minute got the captain an early night. The red should be appealed by the team because the referee way over reacted to give him a card. Had two great chances early in the first half that he couldn’t pull the trigger on.

Cristian Techera 6.0
Another game for Techera and another wasted opportunity to make an impact for his team. Has struggled mightily this month and needs to put these last few games behind him.

Whitecaps-Dynamo-0971

Octavio Rivero 7.5
His first start since he scored and came off with an injury against NYCFC. Had a quality goal of a second chance off a cross. Looked a little gassed in the 80th minute and didn’t get involved the final 10 minutes of the game.

Subs:

Had a good 10 minute run and did okay this game. After his last two starts he needs to continue make the most out of his minutes.

90th minute sub
