Portland, OR – The Portland Thorns’ Spring Invitational at Merlo Field saw Portland fall to the U23 Women’s National Team during their second match of the tournament. U23 forward, Catarina Macario, scored the game winning goal early in the match when she converted a penalty kick in the 6th minute.
