The Tampa Bay Rowdies progressed to the USL Championship Eastern Conference Semifinals with a 4-2 win over the Birmingham Legion at Al Lang Stadium on Saturday night. The Rowdies went 2-0 up on goals by Jordan Doherty and Sebastian Dalgaard before the Legion pulled level on goals by Prosper Kasim and Bruno Lapa. Lucky Mkosana and Leo Fernandes would score two minutes apart late in the second half to see the Rowdies through and to a rematch with the Charleston Battery next Saturday at 7:30pm ET.
