Colorado continues to impress after a slow start to begin the season with a 3-0 win over FC Dallas. It was the Rapids’ third win in their last four matches while FCD lose their fourth successive away match for the first time since 2017 and remain rooted to the bottom of the Western Conference.
Keegan Rosenberry opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a screamer from 25 yards out. It became 2-0 in the 42nd minute after Aaron Trusty’s shot was accidentally knocked in by Tanner Tessmann. Former Red Hoops player Michael Barrios concluded the scoring in the 71st minute.
