What a difference a game makes. After an emphatic loss to Real Salt Lake at Salt Lake, Philadelphia Union took on the Chicago Fire in the verified heat wave blanketing the east coast. The Union had Kai Wagner back, and it proved how valuable he is. He could have been credited with two assists, but let’s just say that he set up both goals.
Fabian scored first (11th minute) off of a Wagner assist in an early celebration of his thirtieth birthday. Anthony Fontana came in for Fabian in the 61st minute and scored four minutes later on a set up play by Wagner.
