Although he was wrong about Spider-Man being a menace, J. Jonah Jameson did have one thing right: photographs are important! Although the fictional editor of the Daily Bugle was cantankerous and cheap that little pearl of wisdom is very important in understanding how the journalism business works. It takes a team to cover a story and without a good photographer or at least a good camera a journalist can never truly cover the full story.
Speaking as both an editor and as the beat for D.C. United here at Prost Amerika I can say honestly that we are blessed to have some of the best photographers covering the domestic game here in the United States and in Canada. To put a bow on our work from 2015 we have included some of our photographers best shots from the matches that they covered.
