For El Tri and its manager Juan Carlos Osorio this upcoming World Cup is business as usual and one bold challenges are in store for the Colombian Boss. Setting his aims with this squad loaded with several top rated players and exposed too many elite European leagues. Here I will select who I believe are the top three playmakers in the Mexican national squad that for sure will make an all-around difference.
Let me start with these three Caballeros that I can say are and will be the difference makers for the Mexican National Team come June 17 against their Group F foes.

Carlos Vela (Forward, 29, LAFC)
After his stint with success in that 2005 FIFA World U-17 Championships, the man attracted the attention of several clubs, among one of them winning the race was England’s top rated squad Arsenal. Despite the Gunners property Vela became a sort of globetrotter, playing for several squads in the Spanish league, until one caught its attention.
With La Liga Real Sociedad of San Sebastian, he made in this squad a contender and carrying this squad to European competitions. In his time at Anoeta the man was this squad Talisman and scoring 66 goals in 219 matches played.
The advantage of Carlos Vela is his adaptability to any formation and especially the one Professor Osorio trademark 4-3-3. Another plus is the way he can play as a midfielder and forward using his unique technique and dynamism that characterizes his game. Along displaying an amazing leadership in the field and organizer, this is what El Tri needs to succeed in this 2018 World Cup.
Andres Guardado (Midfielder, 31, Real Betis)
El Principito (Little Prince) ever since starting his career in Europe and playing for several squads. Andres Guardado has been pivotal in all the squads he has taken part of and delivering with his performances. A natural midfielder and in every squad he has played in Europe the man has made all around history for his contributions and leadership in his position.
With his style of play as a passer and leadership in the midfield he will make important achievements in the field for Mexico and for sure the success of his national team. Always considered part of important plays that can tip the scale, in his long distance shoot used in free kicks and penalties alongside an overzealous defensive game.
Overall the man is one important piece in Mexico attack offensively as well defensively thanks for his hard work and hunger in his game looking for perfection, a man that excels in his game leadership.
Javier Hernandez (Forward, 30, West Ham United)
With a unique style and a natural goal poacher especially when opportunity knocks, the man capitalizes. After brief stints with Real Madrid, Manchester United but in Bundesliga Bayern Leverkusen where he made notable contributions. His return to the Premiership with West Ham United yielded 28 appearances and just eight goals.
One thing for sure if Professor Osorio uses Chicharito in his initial eleven and plays his trademark 4-3-3 formation alongside Carlos Vela and Jesus Corona this will make El Tri one mean scoring machine.
These three players made up my list of most important. However, this is a team effort and with players omitted like Jesus Corona (FC Porto) and Hirving Lozano (PSV Eindhoven) these two-can deliver especially Lozano now an all-around idol for the PSV fans for his contributions in the field.
In addition to mention Giovanni Dos Santos (LA Galaxy), Hector Herrera (FC Porto), Marco Fabian (Eintracht Frankfurt) in the midfield and defensively Diego Reyes (FC Porto), Carlos Salcedo (Eintracht Frankfurt) and the experience of Hector Moreno (Real Sociedad).
All of these chaps undoubtedly will deliver wonders to Mexico despite some scandalous losses in the past, but in the big stage, I do believe in their quality to deliver!
