A strong second half finish by the Philadelphia Union sparked a comeback, as the score Sunday night finished 2-2. A first half brace by All-star Sacha Kljestan gave the Red Bulls a strong lead going into halftime. Second half substitute Fabian Herbers seemed to swing the momentum, as the Union scored both goals shortly after he was substituted. Ilsinho received a straight red card not 2 minutes after the Union leveled the score, making things difficult for the hosts to take the lead. Despite being down a man the Union fought hard for the last 18 minutes and could well have came away with a victory. Both coaches will be disappointed with the performance, yet happy with the result.
