Prior to the it’s El Trafico matchup with LAFC, the LA Galaxy spent the day honoring American soccer legend Landon Donovan. A mural was created at nearby Bonita Elementary School, then a statue of Donovan was unveiled outside the entrance of Dignity Health Sports Park, and the day was capped off with a halftime ceremony in which Donovan was inducted into the Galaxy’s Ring of Honor.
