Inter Miami have been linked with a sensational move for Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale.
Real Madrid are reportedly looking for a buyer to take Bale off their hands with the Welsh international having a difficult relationship with manager Zinedine Zidane.
Bale has won all there is to win since arriving in the Spanish capital from Tottenham Hotspur in 2013, but he still hasn’t managed to truly win over supporters.
That almost forced him into a move to China in the summer, but Real Madrid called off the deal at the last minute.
Bale has featured sparingly for Real since then, starting only nine times in the league under Zidane this season.
Reports from Spanish outlet Eldesmarque now claim two MLS sides are eyeing a move for the 30-year-old ahead of the 2020 season.
Inter Miami are one of those clubs, David Beckham perhaps looking to make a marquee signing to add to first DP Matías Pellegrini.
But if the report is to be believed, then Inter aren’t the only ones with an eye on Bale.
LA Galaxy – looking to replace superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic – are also said to be interested in taking Bale off Real Madrid’s hands.
Just how much Los Blancos want for their unwanted star in terms of a transfer fee and whether either club could afford him under the current MLS restrictions remains to be seen.
Though, neither team are particularly limited in resources, particularly when it comes to splashing out wages on DPs.
Chelsea forward Pedro and Manchester City midfielder David Silva have also been linked with a move to Miami.
