Portland Timbers came back to draw Vancouver Whitecaps, 1-1. on Sunday July 17, 2022, in a Cascadia rivalry match. Portland went from a 0-1 deficit in the first half by a goal from Brian White in the 32nf minute. In a chippy and very tactical first half, Vancouver was getting the better from the Timbers. But in the second half, the Timbers brought a high intensity and laid siege on the goal defended by a great Isasc Boehmer. The home side got a reward when Felipe Mora got a chance from the penalty spot to bring the match to the final 1-1 draw. (Photos by Diego G Diaz).
