FOXBOROUGH, MA– Revolution forward Gustavo Bou remains waiting for a potential contract offer from the New England Revolution.
He has yet to hear from the club.

Per sources, Argentinian forward Gustavo Bou has been left in the dark since the Revolution were eliminated from the 2023 MLS Cup Playoffs.
The 33-year-old forward, whose club contract in New England is set to expire on December 31st, 2023, has been patiently waiting to hear from the club regarding if he will get a contract offer or not. So far, he has received nothing.
I’m told that the forward WANTS to return to the club and has held ZERO discussions with clubs elsewhere.

His former club, Racing Club de Avellaneda has shown interest in the striker.
In an interview on Radio La Red, current Racing Club manager Rubén Capria stated, “We’d like to have him. It’s hierarchy and represents the values of the club”.
In an MLS career standpoint, Bou signed with New England on July 10th, 2019, from Club Tijuana as a Designated Player for close to $7,000,000. He has appeared in 108 matches (91 starts) and has contributed 51 goals and 23 assists.
In historic remarks, Bou stands 5th all-time in Revolution goals with 51. He trails Taylor Twellman (119), Lee Nguyen (55), Diego Fagundez (54), and Teal Bunbury (53).
