Goalkeeper Jeff Attinella out for the season with a shoulder surgery

The Portland Timbers goalkeeper Jeff Attinella has undergone successful surgery to repair an anterior labrum tear in his right shoulder.

His rehabilitation will be at the Timbers sports medicine staff at Providence Park and the Providence Sports Care Center, while his status will be placed on the Season- Ending Injury List.

Jeff Attinella in this season he lost his starting job this season to Steve Clark, in this 2019 he averaged 900 minutes in 10 starts and no game with a clean sheet.

With Jeff Attinella gone for the season, the Portland Timbers goalkeepers will be Steve Clark, Kendall McIntosh and Aljaz Ivacic.
