Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber, has announced that Portland Timbers manager Giovanni Savarese, is subject to a fine after his halftime comments regarding the work performed by game official Alex Chilowicz.
For the league statutes, Giovanni Savarese comments were in violation of its public criticism policies.
