Toronto FC 3- Philadelphia Union 0

Festivus may still be a few months away but on Friday night Toronto FC had their own version of the airing of grievances. After a long two weeks of difficult losses and hard lessons, the club took out their frustrations on the Philadelphia Union soundly dispatching their Eastern Conference opponents with a 3-0 result.

Victor Vazquez (28′), Sebastian Giovinco (65′), and Jay Chapman (87′) provided the goals for Toronto while goalkeeper Alex Bono earned the clean sheet with three saves on the night.
