COMMERCE CITY, CO–Dominique Badji scored the only goal as FC Cincinnati extended their lead at the top of the league to seven points with a 1-0 win at Colorado Rapids. It is their fifth win in their last six in the league. Obinna Nwodobo led a counter attack in the 33rd minute and laid the ball off to Badji for a spectacular finish for what would be the game’s only score. Roman Celetano made three saves in the win.

The loss for the Rapids makes it winless in seven at home this season in league play and third from bottom in the league and Western Conference.
