Explosive win for Ottawa Fury FC 4-1

Ottawa, ON – Ottawa Fury are on fire with another awesome 4-1 win at home against Charlotte Independent.

The Fury’s new recruit in the frontline, Senegalese upcoming star in the USL, Mour Samb, has also been having a great past 4 games, scoring at least one goal in each of those matches.

With a game that was clearly outmatched with the local team currently in the higher up position the table against a lower level positioned team, it was with no surprise that Fury dominated this encounter.

The visiting team managed to open the scoreboard with a goal from the defender, Hugh Roberts, at minute 14′.  Unfortunately, it went downhill for Independence from that moment, from bad to worse.

Fury was able to quickly come back with a vengence with two goals before going to break, at minute 36′ by Fall and shortly after at 37′ by none other then Samb.

After the break, if Independent had any hope of equalizing, those hopes were shattered by their own indiscipline with 2 expulsions.  This only allowed the local team to cash in two more goals (Samb 56′ and Fraçois 89′) and finished with the 3 points.

Although it was a very successful match fir the Ottawa club, they need to be careful with the four yellow cards, which is extremely risky and the result could have been very different.
