FC Dallas 1-1 Houston Dynamo

FRISCO, TX–The third Texas Derby of the season ended in a 1-1 stalemate between FC Dallas and Houston Dynamo. Jaden Obrian got the opening score in the 51st minute on the rebound after Facundo Quignan’s header off a free kick was initially saved by Steve Clark. Obrian nearly got a second in the 71st minute, but struck the shot off the cross and Alan Velasco could not put in the rebound.

Houston’s equalizer would also come off a set piece. Five minutes from time, Thorleifur Ulfarsson headed in a Hector Herrera corner.
