Charlotte FC is ending their three-match road trip with an upcoming match against Nashville SC on Saturday, March 16.
Charlotte FC started their road trip with a 1-1 draw against Vancouver before they lost the most recent match against Toronto 1-0.
Heading into the matchup, both teams have an even goal differential with just one point separating them in the standings.
Charlotte struggled finishing their last time out against Toronto but had a solid defensive performance even with the goal allowed late in the match.
Nashville’s last MLS match was a 2-2 draw against LA Galaxy after going up 2-0 early in the second half. In the match, Nashville had less possession as well as fewer shots, shots on goal and passes than LA Galaxy.
Charlotte will look different than their last time out as Enzo Copetti has been added to the injury report and listed as questionable with a thigh injury. Patrick Agyemang is expected to start for Charlotte FC in Copetti’s absence.
Along with Copetti being added to the injury report Ben Bender, Brandt Bronico, Brandon Cambridge and Tyger Smalls remain out with their injuries as well as Liel Abada being listed as out as he is yet to get his visa. Djibril Diana is available to make his debut for Charlotte FC against Nashville after getting his visa.
For Nashville, Randall Leal and Walker Zimmerman remain out.
