Atlanta United hosted Chicago Fire at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a Saturday night match in front of 67,502 fans. A brace from Josef Martínez lifted Atlanta United to a 2-0 win. Martínez scored his ninth and 10th goals of the season leading the club to its fifth consecutive home win. Atlanta also recorded the eighth clean sheet of the season, tying its record from 2018.
